Description
“O programa educativo @ Cientista Regressa à Escola foi desenhado para promover a literacia científica e a igualdade de oportunidades educativas em Portugal.
Dirigido a crianças dos 6 aos 12 anos, este programa tem como missão estreitar a relação entre a Ciência e a Sociedade, promovendo o regresso d@s cientistas portugueses às escolas de Ensino Básico que frequentaram para realizarem oficinas de ciência, dinâmicas e didáticas, inspirando a próxima geração através da língua portuguesa e do seu exemplo.
Durante um dia inteiro, cada cientista, participante no programa, visita a sua escola do 1.º ciclo e partilha, de forma lúdica e interativa, conceitos científicos relacionados com o seu trabalho de investigação, dando a oportunidade a muitas/os alunas/os do 4.º ano de escolaridade de conhecer e interagir de perto com um/a cientista.
Integrado na rede internacional Native Scientist, o projeto enquadra-se e contribui para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, nomeadamente, no acesso ao ensino de qualidade (objetivo 4), igualdade de género (objetivo 5), trabalho digno e crescimento económico e redução das desigualdades (objetivo 8), e combate às desigualdades (objetivo 10).”
