PhD from Université Paris 8 (Études Portugaises) and from NOVA University Lisbon (Linguistics – Text Theory), she is an Assistant Professor in the Linguistics Department of School of Social Sciences and Humanities of NOVA University Lisbon (NOVA FCSH) and a researcher of the Linguistics Research Centre of NOVA University Lisbon (CLUNL) developing work in the group Grammar & Text | Multitext. Based in the linguistics of text and discourse, her work focuses on digital language practices, scientific literacy and the dissemination of science, as well as the transposition of language tools for specific purposes.
