Oral presentation: “Com@Rehab: a multidisciplinary, patient-centred approach to promoting health literacy and reducing inequality in health”
On October 5, Sara Carvalho, Raquel Silva, Rute Costa, Cláudia Quaresma, Micaela Fonseca, Carolina Silva, Ana Rita Londral and Miguel Fernández will participate in the Global Health Literacy Summit 2021.
This researchers will present the paper “Com@Rehab: a multidisciplinary, patient-centred approach to promoting health literacy and reducing inequality in health” in which they will expose some of the goals and challenges of the Com@Rehab project under development at CLUNL (more information: https://clunl.fcsh.unl.pt/en/investigacao/projetos-curso/comrehab/).
