Assistant Professor at the Águeda School of Technology and Management – University of Aveiro, she holds a PhD in Linguistics (Lexicology, Lexicography and Terminology)/Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication from the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and by the Communauté Université Grenoble Alpes (co-tutelle programme) and is a researcher, within the LLT group (Lexicology, Lexicography and Terminology), at the Linguistics Research Centre of the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. She is also a member of the Laboratoire d’Informatique, Systèmes, Traitement de l’Information et de la Connaissance (LISTIC), from the Université de Savoie Mont Blanc. Her current research interests focus on the relationship between terminology and ontologies, namely in the medical domain, as well as on e-lexicography and on languages for specific purposes.
