
Yolanda Xavier is a PhD candidate in Linguistics, with a specialty area of Psycholinguistics, and an FCT PhD grant holder (2022.13977.BD). She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures (English Studies) from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities (University of Lisbon) and her Master’s in English Didactics, a collaboration between NOVA FCSH and Aberta University. Her PhD investigates the relationship between non-native speech production and the linguistic and extra-linguistic attitudes of native European Portuguese speakers.
