PhD and Master’s degree in Linguistics from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of NOVA University Lisbon (NOVA FCSH), with a postgraduate degree in Health Literacy from the University Institute of Psychological, Social and Life Sciences – ISPA. As a researcher in the areas of lexicology, lexicography, and terminology, she has collaborated on several CLUNL projects in the design, development, and implementation of methodologies focused on terminology, specialized communication, and literacy for citizens, particularly in the legal and health fields. Between 2020 and 2024 (Feb.), she was part of VOH.CoLAB – Collaborative Laboratory Value for Health, where she was responsible for the area of health literacy. She recently took on the role of guest scientist at the International Institute of the Portuguese Language – IILP (grant ending in April 2025).
