Adeliana Silva, M.A. student in Language Sciences (specialization in Terminology and the Management of Specialized Information) at NOVA FCSH, received a full scholarship to participate in the Training School on “Optical Character Recognition and Text Encoding for the production of ELTeC contributions”, held at the University of Würzburg and organized by the COST Action CA 16204 “Distant Reading for European Literary History”, of which NOVA CLUNL is a member through the participation of Raquel Amaro.

The Training aims to enable participants to move from a digitized book format to a version of the full text encoded in TEI and it is addressed to researchers and students from the 26 countries participating in the Action.
