Susana Duarte Martins and Janine Pimentel (UFRJ, Brazil) – researchers of the LLT – Lexicology, Lexicography and Terminology group of CLUNL – are responsible for receiving proposals to the Symposium 196 – Português para Fins Específicos: Aplicações Didáticas e Linguísticas, part of the SIMELP 2019 (international symposium on Portuguese language studies), which will take place at Porto de Galinhas (Pernambuco, Brazil), on 20-24 August 2019.

If Language for Specific Purposes, in particular the Portuguese language, is an area of your interest, this is the only symposium of the SIMELP 2019 dedicated to this issue.
