Three researchers of NOVA CLUNL obtained funding to develop their PhD projects through the 2020 Call for PhD Research Scholarships of Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT):

Bruna Bandeira, with the project “Ressignificações da prática docente e concepções dos conhecimentos linguísticos na formação inicial de professores de língua portuguesa no Brasil”, under the supervision of Maria Antónia Coutinho;

Gabriela Tavares, with the project “Perceção de acento e redução vocálica na aquisição fonológica em PL2. Implicações para a prática pedagógica com aprendentes húngaros”, under the supervision of Susana Correia;

Maria Ribeiro, with the project “A distinção ser/estar em português medieval”, under the supervision of Teresa Brocardo.
