Re-election of Ana Salgado as President of the ILLLP
Ana Salgado, a researcher in the LLT – Lexicology, Lexicography and Terminology group at CLUNL, has been re-elected President of the Institute of Lexicology and Lexicography of the Portuguese Language (ILLLP) of the Lisbon Academy of Sciences (ACL).
The lexicographer was elected by the ACL General Plenary for the 2023-2024 biennium, succeeding Professor Telmo Verdelho, and has now been re-elected for 2025-2026.
Ana Salgado, the first woman to chair the ILLLP, has a PhD in Translation and Terminology from NOVA University Lisbon, and has been an Integrated Member of CLUNL since 2022.
