CLUNL hosts three Visiting Researchers

CLUNL hosts three Visiting Researchers since early September.

Álvaro Caretta, Assistant Professor at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Brazil) since 2013, is developing research within a postdoctoral fellowship granted by São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) to the project Estudo discursivo sobre a representação da cidade de Lisboa nos fados. The research takes place at NOVA FCSH, CLUNL, from September to December 2018, under the supervision of Antónia Coutinho.

Carolina Lima, Professor of Latin, Romance philology and Portuguese language at the Language Department of the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso (Brazil), is at NOVA FCSH, CLUNL, within a “licença capacitação” (license training) to develop the project Estudos interdisciplinares de Linguística, Filologia e História under the supervision of Maria Teresa Brocardo, until the end of December 2018.

Daniel Passarelli França is a PhD student in Linguistics at Federal University of São Carlos (SP – Brazil). He is currently developing the research project O ensino de língua estrangeira e a dinâmica da linguagem: uma análise dos verbos preposicionados do inglês within a CAPES Grant (Coordenadoria de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior – Programa de Doutorado Sanduíche no Exterior). The research is taking place at NOVA FCSH, CLUNL, until March 2019, under the guidance of Helena Valentim.
